Our quality 2 bedroom self-contained cottage in Balingup provides you with the opportunity to relax in serene, peaceful surroundings while experiencing the ultimate in privacy, seclusion and comfort. There are quality furnishings throughout and everything supplied for you to have an unforgettable holiday.

The beautiful two bedroom cedar and iron cottage features:
* Polished timber floors & cathedral ceiling in the open plan living area
* Carpets in bedrooms
* Floor to ceiling windows from which to enjoy the stunning panoramic views
* Wide verandahs with gas BBQ
* Fully equipped kitchen

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a wood fire to make you cosy in winter, and cool air-conditioning for summer.

All linen is provided. TV, DVD & stereo with selected DVDs & CDs. Board games and a small library are also in the cottage.

Set in a peaceful world of its own on a delightful ten acre property, your accommodation is surrounded by its own cottage garden. As sole occupants of the property, you can relax and unwind, unencumbered by others. However, you are only a short stroll from the picturesque town of Balingup. The property is also adjacent to the Bibbulmun Track.

Awaken to birdsongs, stroll around the property and talk to our donkeys or relax on the verandahs with a glass of local wine. At night be amazed by the millions of stars. Meander into Balingup town for a coffee or for the more energetic go walking on the Bibbulmun Track. We are happy to drop you off on the track so you can walk back to the cottage.

Balingup is fast becoming the chosen destination from which to explore other areas of the South West of Western Australia. A short drive will take you to attractions including wineries, tall timber country and the coast.
