Avoca House is a charming 68 acre farm nestled in the Wollombi Valley which is a mere 1 1/2 - 2hr drive from Sydney.
Situated only 2kms from Wollombi Village, wineries, restaurants and a scenic 30 min drive to Pokolbin wine district.
The North & South Wings offer 2 private living areas with slow combustion fireplaces & air-con, 2 ensuites, 1 bathroom, ceiling fans, verandahs with glorious country views and our charming central vine-covered courtyard.
The 5 generously appointed bedrooms are supplied with premium linen, cosy blankets, doonas & towels. The configoration of the rooms is ideal for couples, singles and/or families.
North Wing: 2 Bedrooms, - 1 x queen, 1 x twin (1 double, 1 single), large bathroom, lounge area with tea & coffee making facilities.
South Wing: 2 x queen ensuites (plus adjoining twin room) central living area with tea & coffee making facilities.
Enjoy a scrumptious country breakfast with Bob & Angela's chickens' freshly laid eggs, freshly squeezed oj, local produce & Campos Espresso Coffee either served by the fire in the mainhouse dining room or in the warmer months, the vine-covered courtyard.
