Gemtree's hosts, Cameron and Carmel Chalmers are a true outback team, having spent much of the early years of their marriage as pastoralists further out along the Plenty Highway. With their son-in-law Aaron McMaster and staff, they will welcome you with Territory hospitality and share their knowledge of the rocks, minerals and history of the local area.
Located 140kms North-East of Alice Springs, with bitumen road to the front gate , Gemtree is nestled neatly amongst the native bush of the Plenty Highway and is a welcome port of call for young and old.
